Gay rainbow flag flies ove Boston City Hall
during "Gay Pride Week"

"Gay Pride Week" in Boston -- what it's really all about.

June 2-11, 2006: Behind the slick, professional advertising and PR, Pride Week 2006 was mostly all about sex, profanity, weirdness, unhealthy behavior in public, and some very disturbed people.

And yet, corporations (such as Macy's) support & fund it. And elected officials participate in it!

Just how bad is it? See for yourself. They keep saying it's about "diversity" not sex. But it's really all about sex (in one form or another) . . .

Caution: Some of this is pretty gross and disgusting. Keep in mind that this took place as a public display with the blessing of top elected officials and funded by major corporations.

1. The official "emcee" at "Pride Festival" on the Boston Common, on Saturday.
Extremely gross and disgusting "entertainment" by Hedda-Lettuce, a man dressed as a woman. This was blasted through huge loudspeakers you could hear blocks away, and displayed on a giant screen. Many adults (some who had brought kids) were forced to leave, it was so bad.

2. UNBELIEVABLE Handouts - given out to the crowd (including kids) .
Special condoms for anal sex (including instructions). More condoms. Sex lubricant. Pictures of naked men. And more. This ain't the Dorchester Puerto Rican Parade.

The Boston Dyke March
Boston streets are blocked off for this annual event. A lot of inner anger, it seems. Keep the kids away.

Pride Parade (1)
General weirdness. A lot of people with some pretty serious sexual issues inside of them. For some reason, there are more men who want to be women and women who want to be men than before. "Pride" isn't exactly the word we'd use.

Pride Parade (2)
Business & major institutions represented in the parade. This proves that corporate America (including Macy's) will support anything if they think they can make a buck at it. Here are pictures of just some of what we saw.

Pride Parade (3)
And finally, the politicians. There was a time when elected officials had a sense of dignity and propriety. But not anymore. We got pictures of a lot of them, and there are more who slipped through the cracks.
