Kyrgyzstan is a country in central Asia located between China and Kazakhstan. It was part of the U.S.S.R. before declaring its independence in 1991. It is approximately 90% Muslim and very conservative on family issues.

When the U.S. government recently announced that it is funding a toxic transgender agenda in that country, pro-family activists reached out to MassResistance for help.

Background

In 2019, Kyrgyzstan’s pro-family movement began publicly protesting the LGBT agenda coming into their country. It had become clear that much of the LGBT infiltration was being pushed through foreign NGOs (non-governmental organizations) and foreign non-profits. The Kyrgyzstan government was simply allowing it to happen, and people were outraged.

In January 2021, the leader of Kyrgyzstan’s major pro-family movement connected with MassResistance via Facebook. He and Arthur Schaper, our national Field Director, began discussing various strategies for promoting the natural family and countering the international anti-family LGBT agenda. The Kyrgyzstan leader also began re-posting MassResistance articles on their Kyrgyzstan website.

U.S. State Dept. grant for transgender organization in Kyrgyzstan

In December 2022, the Kyrgyzstan pro-family movement became aware of a U.S. State Department grant to Kyrgyz Indigo, an organization promoting transgenderism in that country. Although it is only $30,000, that is a significant sum in that part of the world.

As Breitbart reported, Kyrgyz Indigo has broad plans to force the acceptance and normalization of homosexuality and transgenderism and transform the entire country’s culture. The plans include proselytizing the country’s schoolchildren, making LGBT prostitution easier, implementing “hate speech” and broad anti-discrimination laws, and other radical goals.

Fighting back

The pro-family people were shocked and incensed at this news. They asked MassResistance how they should confront this. It was decided to communicate a strong message to the top government officials. Since they knew some members of the Parliament, it was decided to create a video which would be presented to the Kyrgyzstan president, Sadyr Japarov.

They asked Arthur to create the message and present it via video. They felt that since Arthur is an American, he would have more credibility in countering the U.S. State Department.

On February 15, 2023, Arthur did a quick initial version of the video and sent it to the Kyrgyzstan people to suggest any changes. They liked it so much that they decided to use that version! It became the official message.

They posted it on their website with the translation into the Kyrgyz language (though English is also widely used there) and a photo of Arthur. The pro-family groups are now working with their allies in the Parliament to make sure that the President sees this video – and responds!

Final thoughts

It’s infuriating (given all the fiscal problems here in America) that we are sending money around the world to push the homosexual and transgender agendas in other countries – against the wishes of the majority of people there.

Right now, it’s the fanatical Biden State Department doing this, However, over the past decade it’s been a bipartisan effort. Although our State Department has never been a friend of pro-family Americans, this recent surge goes back to at least 2012 when Hillary Clinton, as Secretary of State, radicalized the department.

MassResistance has reported over the years on this problem:

2012 (Obama): US State Dept to force gay agenda on foreign nations!
Secretary Clinton announced that the U.S. was launching a fund for global pro-LGBT propaganda and training around the world.

2018 (Trump): Secretary of State Pompeo Disappoints Pro-Family Conservatives
In May 2018, Secretary Pompeo issued an official statement, "On the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia." Then, he proclaimed June to be "LGBTI Pride Month" at the State Dept.

2021 (Biden): Jamaican citizens protest at US Embassy, demand removal of offensive “LGBT Pride” flag.
For years, US embassies around the world have flown LGBT rainbow flags in support of local “pride” celebrations.

No matter what, MassResistance will keep up the fight!
